Learn what you want
I think that students should get to pick what they want to learn about once they've entered highschool. People dont like to pay attention to things they aren't interested in and won't try as hard as they might in something that they enjoy. Ya we need to learn the basic stuff but get that all covered in elementary and middle school to get the boring stuff out of the way.

I completely agree Franklin. If you want to be mathematician like Matt asher then you should take math classes. If you want to by a politician take PIG. Now that we are older we should have a better idea of what we want to do with our lives. Good job!
P.S. I loved you speech on turtles. Very informative.
I also agree with your idea of students being able to pick what they want to learn when they get to high school. Your points are also valid Maria, with the math and politics etc. I mean electives aren't enought especially if they only offer you two for the major you want to be in when you enter college.
<3 the turtle speech too adam, you represent those reptiles (atlest i hope that is their species classification, please excuse me if i am wrong)
